Café Rauha offers a spacious and comfortable setting for organising graduations, christenings, memorial services, meetings and weddings, for example, with delicious catering.

Event Packages

Event packages for different needs at the Muisti Centre of War and Peace’s Auditorium. Our ready-made meeting packages make it easy to organise meetings, seminars and other events. Muisti offers two different types of meeting packages in the auditorium.

Kokouspaketit

Full day package

On weekdays between 9.00 – 17.00

Rauha-coffee and brewed organic tea from Kirjala Coffee Roastery, savoury coffee sandwich of the day and flavoured water
Lunch (rich salad buffet, soup, hot buffet, house bread selection, dessert, coffee or tea) 
Afternoon coffee; Rauha-coffee and brewed organic tea, sweet pastry of the day prepared by our café and fresh fruit.

Coffee and lunch at the Café Rauha. Possibility to order coffee in the auditorium, ask for an offer!

Muisti’s Auditorium

Full-time
For groups of 20-120 people

Free lockable coat storage (in the Muisti’s lobby)
Those who have purchased a meeting package will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for meeting participants at a price of €10 per person. The ticket is valid for one year from the date of the meeting and can be used during the normal opening hours of the Muisti.

We offer a ticket to Muisti for the price of 10 € / person for the participants of the meetings. The discount requires a minimum four-hour reservation and is valid during normal opening hours on weekdays.

Prices start from 49 € per person.

Half-day package

On weekdays between 9.00 – 17.00

Coffee morning or afternoon 
Lunch (rich salad buffet, soup, hot buffet, in-house bread selection, dessert, coffee or tea)

Billing

We hope to have final confirmation of the number of participants 10 days before the event. At the same time, we need information on any dietary requirements/allergies for the catering at Café Rauha. Billing will then be based on the number of people confirmed or, if the number of people exceeds that stated, on the number of people actually attending. Billing surcharge 5 €. 

Cancellation

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 11 days before the event. After confirmation of the event, cancellation will be charged at 25% of the total value of the event 9-5 days before the event. If cancelled 4-0 days before the event, the customer will be charged 50% of the total value of the event.

Rental fees

It is also possible to rent premises from us as follows:

Muisti’s Auditorium 100 e / h 
Café Rauha’s Cabinet 30 e / h 
Café Rauha for private events 50 e / h for the first 4 hours, then 10 e / h (+ Sunday evening +20e / h for each hour thereafter) This assumes that the restaurant’s services are used.
